Donal Brown

Dr Donal is Brown Senior Research Fellow at the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), University of Sussex, Managing Director of the low carbon policy consultancy Sustainable Design Collective, and Chair of Board of Directors of the housing not-for profit Retrofitworks. A sustainable housing, energy and energy demand specialist, Donal is holder of the prestigious UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship, and has provided policy consultancy on housing, retrofit and renewable energy policy to the Welsh Government and UK Labour Party.
