Richard Kozul-Wright is Professor of Sustainable Structural Transformation at SOAS and a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Global Development Policy Center, Boston University. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Cambridge. He is co-editor of the Oxford Handbook on Industrial Policy (Oxford University Press, 2020) and author, with Kevin Gallagher, of The Case For a New Bretton Woods (Polity, 2021) and, with Paul Rayment, The Resistible Rise of Market Fundamentalism (Zed, 2007).
